This is a large platter made during the reign of the Emperor Qianlong (1735-1796), dating to circa 1760-1770. It features a hand painted scene of a male and female deer in a field amongst flora and trees and with a pagoda in the background. It is rendered in blue against white with yellow around its edge. It measures 15 1/4 by 18 1/2 with a height of 2 at its edge. It is in very good condition except for three or four glaze inclusions - otherwise, no other chips, cracks or wear. You could have the inclusions repaired, but given the age of the this piece, the inclusions are just part of its history.
